Supervising, coordinating, and monitoring all activities in Production, Warehouse and the Quality Service Group in such a way as to ensure that the manufacturing process is realised within the scheduled time in a safe and efficient manner.
Scheduling all new-build and maintenance activities in consultation with the Maintenance Team Leader.
Ensuring that all legislation and regulations are adhered to, and that the work is carried out in accordance with the procedures and methods outlined in the (ISO and BRZO or Dutch Risk of Major Hazards Decree) regulations.
Initiating, managing, and implementing improvement processes (lean manufacturing principles).
Ensuring effective and efficient internal transport and storage of goods to ensure the company is able to meet the demands of its clients and the manufacturing process.
Being responsible for an equitable division of the work by deploying the available staff in an efficient manner.
Being responsible for proper staff support and development, as well as a pleasant working atmosphere and proper motivation.
Ensuring that costs are kept on budget.
Ensure that the Quality Service Group (QSG) performs their activities in an appropriate, efficient and safe way, and that the quality of the inbound and outbound products is guaranteed.

You are familiar with the Dutch Risk of Major Hazards Decree (BRZO) ands are aware of the effects it has on the departments.
Completed university (Bachelor) of applied sciences degree is required, preferably one in the field of chemistry, and at least 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
