The Addressable Media Specialist will report to the Media Lead Northern Europe as part of the global marketing services team that includes Media, Operations (marketing systems and production), Global Partnerships and Consumer Experience Design.

This role is open across the Northern Europe region

Your responsibilities :

  • Leads the application of addressable audience selection for mid and lower funnel with an understanding of the upper funnel consumer segmentation process
  • Identify and select audiences (1st, 2nd, 3rd) alongside with our new selection guidelines
  • Understand how to size and forecast together with activation teams
  • Ability to discover hidden insights or complex patterns within data and communicate the story effectively
  • Guide analysis to develop customer profiles, segmentation analysis, survey design and analysis
  • Work with Reporting teams to ensure closed loop learnings, applying audience strategy and execution to performance outcomes for continuous improved optimization efforts
  • Surface key insights (audience, brand, market, competitive, etc.) to drive marketing strategies
  • Connects the dots of all available data to pinpoint the most valuable people to reach through insight development across deterministic and respondent level attributes.
  • Creates omni-audience archetype against KPIs across net new prospects, existing customers, lapsed customers, etc.
  • Deep understanding of 1st and 2nd party data sources to layer onto GSK CH data strategy in partnership with activation teams
  • Develop audience insights for application of content development and media strategy (this should sit with Data translator in Cast if applicable)
  • Creates audiences and distributes to DSP, Social, Addressable Direct partners and internal HMI buy platforms.
  • Trouble shoot audience connection points and mapping tables
  • Correlate historical data to GSK CH for predictive models for channel allocation, ad format mix, optimal reach & frequencies by GSK CH segment and answer key business questions around ROI (this should sit with Digital Analytics)
  • Basic qualifications :

  • Strong knowledge with Digital Advertising terminology
  • Advertising agency experience required
  • Comfortable with various DMPs, CDPs, and DSPs along with the user interfaces for these tools
  • In-Platform expertise including DV360, AdWords’, Trade Desk, Facebook
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, execute and deliver compelling and actionable consumer insights in an exciting work environment, balancing both speed and rigor
  • Ability to synthesize findings that translate into actionable insight
  • Demonstrable experience in Programmatic / Digital / Mar Tech
  • Hands on experience working with a DMP, CDP or CRM platform or other ad tech platforms
  • Knowledge of the programmatic, ad tech landscape
  • Proven experience developing data driven insights
  • Proven success collaborating across multiple teams / disciplines
