As an Assistant Store Manager you are an ambassador of our brand. Together with the Store Manager you create an excellent work environment that ensures an outstanding customer and employee experience.
You drive the team with passion and support the Store Manager in nurturing team spirit to maximize the sales opportunities and the profitability of the store.
You inspire the team in achieving store targets through people management and development.
WHAT WE EXPECT :
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a focus on People Management. You have great sense of fashion and a passion for our brand and our products.
Communication is key at Swarovski and as a global brand we find it important that you have a good level of English and Dutch (more languages are a plus).
Furthermore you have high energy level, you are strongly service oriented as well as target driven and you are willing to learn and grow with us.
Previous retail experience is required.
