For our Global Supply Chain organisation in Zoetermeer we are looking for an experienced :
As a Production Planner you will be responsible for the creation of the Master Production Plan (from week +3 to +12), making sure that the plan fits into the Scheduling Plan.
You will make sure to use as best the available Production Capacity in our factory of Zoetermeer to produce right products at right time in order to support the business.
Also, according to the daily Production performance and markets requirements you will anticipate risks and take preventive actions.
Key input for the Planning preparation will be a weekly exchange of forecast with our markets (globally located) via our shared ERP systems.
You create weekly Production Planning for the horizon 3-12 weeks which are in line with the Scheduling Plan, taking into account : Planning parameters, Production constraints, available capacity and operations efficiencyDemand requirements
Through your production planning, you create visibility on raw material requirement and depending on availability you redefine priorities.
You are responsible for the production planning of new launches and renovations in line with business cases.
You manage accuracy of planning parameters and make sure that master data in the ERP system is kept uptodate
You manage stocks and product availability and you proactively manage risks and opportunities with customers and Production.
Work closely with Detailed Scheduling team on follow up of Productions WK+1, +2 and on changes to the plan
Work closely with Deployment and Quality functions to mitigate impact on possible shortages
Work closely with Capacity Planning team on understanding complexity of the markets, anticipate possible risks and take preventive actions accordingly
Support the activity management team on New Product Introduction projects for Zoetermeer portfolio
You have a Bachelor Master degree in Supply Chain , Logistics
You have at least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning (preferably in the Food or Pharma business)
You are fluent in English and Dutch
You have knowledge of SAP / ERP / APO & MS office
You are flexible, and you are able to set priorities for yourself;
You enjoy puzzling, collecting pieces of information and turn them into a workable plan;.
You are good in trouble shooting and you are able to translate ad hoc solutions into more structural solutions;
You are a team player.
