What's the role?

We are looking for an experienced recruiter / talent acquisition specialist to strengthen and support the current teams in Germany & The Netherlands.

Here is growing rapidly and we need someone who can handle independently and drive recruitment for various departments across the EMEA region.

You will be part of an experienced team of 5 and will focus mainly on boosting our recruitment within our sales and marketing teams.

In this role you will :

  • Partner closely with defined business areas to understand their requirements and Talent Acquisition needs (taking in-depth job briefings and building robust, consistent job specifications with agreed competencies and indicators)
  • Establish, maintain, monitor and build excellent working relationships with every function in HR and ensure Talent Acquisition is adding value and informing their decisions
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with key sponsors, managers and internal departments
  • Ensure that data and analytics are leveraged at every step of the process to ensure the business and the talent acquisition team are making informed and impactful decisions
  • Focus on process efficiency, high levels of quality and providing added value
  • Provide quality interviewing for all levels of positions
  • Make sure the ATS is updated and used as it should be!
  • Actively source the market by using various channels like linkedin recruiter, google, cse's, etc.
  • Work independent or together with other recruiters. Depending on the challenge, type of roles etc.
  • Work potentially cross regional! The EMEA team is working in close collaboration with AMER and INDIA teams and we work together on projects, sourcing, etc.
  • Recruiting across the EMEA region with a strong focus on enterprise software sales!!!
  • Who are you?

    For this role it's obvious! You're a recruiter by heart. You have done it for at least 5 years and you simply love it. Agency, inhouse, contracting.

    It's all good. The hunt for the candidate and serving your internal clients is what make you tick. You are curious, innovative, always willing to learn and you want to have success.

    You will have a passion for technology companies and have at least 3 years of experience with sales hiring and you will be able to hit the ground running.

    Sourcing is part of your second nature and you understand how to build and nurture a pipeline of great sales candidates.

    You will have interest and good knowledge of various sourcing methods including advanced boolean!

    And above all, you're a pleasant person to work with. We have a small team that is operating close to each other. Even in Covid times we talk very frequently via our video streams and keep each other up to date on everything!

    This role will start with an employment contract for 6 months with the option to renew / extend.
