We are recruiting a self-starting and hands-on :

PROJECT / PROCESS ENGINEER

Location : Rotterdam - Vondelingenplaat, The Netherlands

As our new Project / Process Engineer, you will structure various process improvement proposals and bring them to successful completion in teamwork with the engineering and production team.

Your main responsibilities :

Advise and assist factory management on reliability, availability, and cost of production;

Initiate process improvement projects and assistance in hands-on trouble shooting in the factory;

Monitor the product quality under SHE aspects constantly and optimize these against process parameters;

Continuously increase the resource efficiency complying with legal requirements and standards;

Continue and expand the energy management system;

Planning in of more long term projects (up to 1 MEUR) which are aiming to reach to companies strategical goals and oversee the execution and commissioning.

Who are you?

For this position, we are looking for an outgoing colleague with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Also, you;

Possess a degree in process or chemical engineering or equivalent training, project management certifications (IPMA, PMI, and so on) would be an advantage.

Work experience in Engineering would be a plus,

Have analytical and strategic skills

Have high sense of responsibility, work sustainably, and systematically on projects

Are team-oriented, autonomous, and you are focused on finding solutions.

Are fluent in the English and Dutch language.

Have excellent communication skills

Have experience with MS Office software, experience in SAP and MS Projects would be an advantage
