Your reward if you will join us? A mark on a product used by millions of people! This role reports into the Product organization and manages the strategic pricing function for Mambu’s suite of cloud banking products.

The role will oversee the internal pricing committee of executive, financial, commercial and product functions. This role will work closely with the finance organization, who will manage the more operational aspects of the pricing function.

Your role at Mambu :

  • Develops and implements pricing strategies to maximize the company’s sales and market penetration and ensure long-term profitability objectives are met.
  • Lead and program manage the internal pricing committee, which builds and executes the overall pricing strategy across the Commercial / Revenue, Finance and Product organizations
  • Work with Product leaders to proactively manage strategic pricing factors for each individual product area and integrate into the individual product strategies, including products provided by specialized third party product partners
  • Provides a comprehensive view of the company's competitive pricing position and insight on the impact of pricing changes on profitability and growth rates.
  • Oversee and own the master pricing list and drive careful measured updates to optimize business strategy attainment
  • Socialize and iterate pricing with Commercial organization and driving analysis to measure effectiveness of pricing model, with specific focus on local global requirements and overall solution delivery including select third parties.
  • Actively engage with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and pain points around usage and management.
  • What you’re bringing to the table :

  • Pricing strategy expertise : Demonstrated experience in monetization strategy and pricing / packaging optimization in B2B Enterprise SaaS
  • Prior experience in defining, executing, and bringing new B2B packaging and pricing changes and / or growth strategies to market with direct customer experience developing and iterating pricing models and price lists.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management across the organization including very strong collaboration with Commercial / Sales organizations
  • 5+ years of Product Management, Product Marketing, or Business Management experience that led to direct pricing management experience.
  • Successful Outcomes of role :

  • Iteration and update of existing price list to optimize alignment business strategy goals with specific identification of areas where pricing can be increased due to undervalue in current list pricing.
  • Identification of a differentiated pricing strategy approach in the market.

  • Successful formation of an efficient pricing committee that organizes all aspects of pricing management function with single clear program owner across all aspects of pricing
  • Evaluation of each core product line to ensure pricing strategy is value based and reflecting the instricing value and differentiation in the marketplace;
  • integration of pricing strategy into each product line strategy

  • Evaluation of all key third party products to ensure optimal pricing strategy existing for each product in standalone and within each full solution offered by Mambu
  • Successful rollout and training of Commercial org of all aspects of pricing approach and methodology
