Job Description

  • Lead and coach the Sales Operations team (7 team members)
  • Support the Sales organization including collaboration with Sales leadership, Brand Directors, and Finance team to innovate, design, build and implement effective sales processes.
  • Maintain and monitor key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and optimal allocation of resources.
  • Drive and support initiatives that assist with the execution of our sales strategies and that help achieve our growth goals.
  • Conduct due diligence on internal processes to identify gaps and improvements. Proactive identify challenges and build solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Drive process implementation.
  • Reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Customer data segmentation
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards extracting meaningful and actionable insight
  • Create and maintain documentation on the Sales process, policies, and assist with onboarding new Sales team members.
  • Sales quarterly quota.
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years sales operations / revenue operations experience in an environment with a focus on sales processes, sales automation, and sales operations and analytics.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, and a data-driven mindset
  • Experience with using and implementing sales technologies
  • Ability to connect sales activities and processes to business objectives
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management skills required to drive and coordinate initiatives.
