Lead and coach the Sales Operations team (7 team members)
Support the Sales organization including collaboration with Sales leadership, Brand Directors, and Finance team to innovate, design, build and implement effective sales processes.
Maintain and monitor key performance indicators to drive operational efficiency and optimal allocation of resources.
Drive and support initiatives that assist with the execution of our sales strategies and that help achieve our growth goals.
Conduct due diligence on internal processes to identify gaps and improvements. Proactive identify challenges and build solutions to increase efficiency.
Drive process implementation.
Reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
Customer data segmentation
Create and manage reports and dashboards extracting meaningful and actionable insight
Create and maintain documentation on the Sales process, policies, and assist with onboarding new Sales team members.
Sales quarterly quota.
Qualifications
5+ years sales operations / revenue operations experience in an environment with a focus on sales processes, sales automation, and sales operations and analytics.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, and a data-driven mindset
Experience with using and implementing sales technologies
Ability to connect sales activities and processes to business objectives
Familiarity with CRM systems, experience with Salesforce preferred.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Project management skills required to drive and coordinate initiatives.
