WHAT YOU'LL BE IN CHARGE OF
As Customer Happiness Specialist you will be responsible for constantly monitoring our customer feedback and implementing timely improvements and solutions, in order to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.
Your role is to increase customer satisfaction and and as such, you will own the relationship with Customer Support teams.
In this role, you’ll be reporting into the Brand and Customer Experience Specialist and part of the NewMotion Marketing Communications team, whose goal is to position NewMotion as a preferred partner for EV charging solutions in Europe.
THIS IS HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their customer journey and their needs in order to drive customer satisfaction.
Work closely together with our Customer Support, Product & Proposition Management, Sales and Operations teams to design, implement and continuously improve the customer experience across all customer touch points.
You will lead weekly check-in meetings and analysis of customer feedback across multiple channels, including but not limited to : email, social, customer service.
End-to-end project management including : data analysis, defining solution, content creation and stakeholder management for approval, implementation and reporting.
Continuously search for ways that offer more scale and better satisfaction with Customer Support teams
THIS IS WHO YOU ARE
Between 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a customer focused role
A strong content writer with the ability to break down high-level problems, easily articulating solutions to consumer audiences.
Proven track record in successful execution of projects acting as project manager
Customer centricity : you understand what drives customer value and can translate that into marketing communication plans
Culturally aware : experience communicating with a Pan-European audience is a plus
Pragmatic, self- starting, and excellent communicator on all levels
An interest and enthusiasm for Electric Vehicles and the EV market
Excellent business English and Dutch , speaking and writing (native level)
