You are a strong creative writer and have a passion for finding innovative ways to engage employees. You have a deep interest and strong experience in employee engagement, culture and people related topics and keep on top of external developments in this area to shape internal communications.
You are responsible for
Leading the activation of global employee communications campaigns to bring to life Philips’ purpose, strategy and transformation objectives.
Develop content and help shape the engagement approach to support the activation plan, in collaboration with the communications network across businesses, markets and functions.
You partner with the Communications, HR and Business Transformation functions to develop, activate and measure campaigns.
This includes :
Developing written, visual and film content to bring the strategic narrative, key messages and activation ideas to life with key audiences.
Converting employee feedback into insights to further improve the engagement plan and create relevant content.
Measuring and evaluating channel and campaign effectiveness to influence key stakeholder decision-making
Bringing drive, focus and ingenuity in tackling communication issues.
Supporting leaders in conveying powerful ideas and meaningful messages.
Translating business ambitions into compelling visual communication alongside design and creative partners.
Delivering targeted communication plans, programs and strategies to improve business alignment and performance.
Energizing Philips’ key internal audiences and bringing an emotional connection to corporate messaging.
Contribute to the development and the implementation of a cohesive employee engagement strategy
Create content for internal and external communications for the Chief HR Officer (social media posts / blogs)
Create content and engagement plans for priority HR and culture initiatives that support the global employee engagement objectives and our ESG commitment to create the best place to work for people that share our passion. These include :

A team of employee communications professionals who are part of the wider Integrated Communications and Events function of Philips.
The function includes expertise in Press Relations, Business and Innovation communications, Content and Channels Communications and more! You will report to the Head of Employee Communications.
