Prepare meeting agenda’s, compile information packages and prepare minutes of Executive Board and MT BAU meetings.
Organize and coordinate meetings (board meetings, business partner meetings, departmental activities, employee meetings, international and special events, on-
site and offsite events). Organize complex international travel schedules. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Receive and screen telephone calls, e-mails / inboxes, letters, and / or visitors for the Executive Board. Answer routine questions, obtain, and furnish information.
Prepare and maintain company records, reports, files and presentation materials. Take minutes of various meetings and follow up on meeting minutes to ensure actions are taken within set timelines and ensure that decisions are followed and implemented Control and carry out the expense management. about you :
Master or Bachelor
Proven experience in the tasks and responsibilities mentioned above
Flexible and proactive to daily changes
Legal knowledge and understanding of governance structures
