Innovative, young, international and hard-working, but also always in for a good time : that's the KLM Mobile team! Our main focus is creating and growing state-of-the-art customer-centric apps, such as the KLM app.

Of course, that's not all : we wouldn't be KLM if we weren't constantly looking to improve our customer journey and innovate.

That's why we're always welcoming initiatives, such as augmented reality and biometric solutions.

Our mobile app is the fastest growing digital touchpoint within KLM with over 1 million monthly active users worldwide!

Within KLM the voice of the customer is extremely important. At KLM Mobile we use customer feedback to constantly improve and innovate our product.

As a Customer Feedback intern, you are the voice of the customer. You are responsible for closing the gap between which features the Mobile Team builds and what our users want us to build.

You do this by handling all incoming feedback and performing analysis.

You are not only the voice of the customer towards the Mobile Team, but also towards the rest of the KLM organization. You analyze the feedback and make sure it is transformed into features which can be embarked in the Mobile Team planning, and which our customers will appreciate.

By analyzing our customer feedback, you help us build the right product for our customers as well as drive our app growth.

Bachelor student in

ICT, Business (administration), Communication, Computer Science and similar fields with the following skills :

Excellent communication skills : You can take the team along in your story and can also convince other teams to pick up topics that arise from our customer feedback.

  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of agile scrum development or / and a drive to learn more about it is a plus
  • Knowledge of app development in iOS or Android is a plus

    The following terms and conditions hold :

    Assignment term is 4-6 months, (official) start date is to be determined

  • Assignment is being executed within the Mobile department
  • Assignee reports on progress during selected one-on-one meetings with various relevant teams and people
  • Assignee is located in the KLM Headquarters in Amstelveen
  • All general Internship conditions will apply
