Purpose Of The Position
To strengthen the set-up of our HR Department and to continuously improve our HR Services and Business Partnering, we are looking for an internationally oriented (Junior) HR Business Partner to support TP Vision and MMD in The Netherlands and beyond.
Your work location will be Amsterdam (HQ Europe). The successful candidates will be expected to support on most aspects of HR and has a hands-on / operational as well as tactical mentality.
You will be part of the European HQ HR team, existing of a HR Director, HR Manager, Compensation & Benefits Manager, Compensation & Benefits Specialist and 3 HR Officers and your role.
You will report to the HR Manager.
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting all HR activities and processes for the entire European business unit of Professional Public Display Solutions, based on Corporate guidelines, i.e.;
Act as a HR focal point
Serve as a tactical and strategic business advisor on organizational, cultural and leadership issues / changes and coaching business managers and staff on behaviors and practices, employee communication and engagement, development and performance management, promoting a learning culture of continuous growth
Coordination of all internal HR communication
Initiate, participate or support in HR related project activities
Prepare employment contracts, maintaining employee personnel files both on-line and hard-copy
Calculate bonus and support payroll process
Manage and monitor HR and systems processes to ensure accurate HR data reporting and data integrity
Support recruitment activities, like conducting HR Interviews

Completed higher education in HR or Business Administration or reached that level through other training or through at least 5 year of previous relevant experience
Several years of experience in an administrative HR support / generalist role in a fast-paced commercial environment
Some HR Business Partnering experiences already in the pocket and good understanding of this role
Good feel for organisation sensitivities and know how to advise and influence people
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to switch on and between different interests (i.
e. business versus human resources)
Service minded with a high integrity
Experience with application of Dutch labor law (i.e. Wet Poortwachter)
Experience with payroll processes and benefits administration
International experience / exposure and awareness of cultural differences
Hands-on, operational can-do mentality
Strong communication skills
Pro-active, curious and a team player mentality
Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently and effectively
Fluency in Dutch and English is expected. Further language skills are a plus
