In this role you have the opportunity to :
Drive consumer happiness and loyalty of a growing community by delivering premium service, effortless experiences and continuous relevant engagement.
You are responsible for :
Activities in all digital and channels to grow the customer database with high value audiences.
Setting up, A / B testing and optimizing email campaigns in Marketing Automation tools in order to increase engagement and customer lifetime value.
Analyzing email, social media, e-commerce data, consumer feedback. Create performance reports for campaigns, propose and implement optimizations.
Engaging with internal cross-functional teams and contact markets to ensure projects are completed on time and with quality.
Co-creating content with Global team.
You are part of :
Consumer Care and Engagement Team within the new Domestic Appliances Marketing organization. Focus is on Consumer Engagement and Loyalty.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams like Consumer Store, Market Insights & Analytics, Consumer Marketing, Campaign Managers, Planning, Legal, Privacy, Digital Services, IT and of course local European marketing teams.
