Responsibilities :

  • Execution of Lucid’s people strategy and support of leaders within the business
  • Collaborate with members of the People and Culture, Sales, and Customers Success teams to support and administer a variety of people programs
  • Partner with Management and Talent Acquisition on employee contract management and coordinate contract renewals and offers as appropriate
  • Counsel and advise on employee relations issues and other issues regarding Dutch employment law
  • Provide day-to-day coaching guidance to leaders
  • Assist in administering compensation and recognition programs including bonus and merit
  • Administration of performance management programs
  • Assist leaders and employees in navigating leave of absences and other accommodations
  • Assist in administering Lucid’s Dutch benefits offerings including absence management and employee benefit education
  • Ensures legal compliance to employment regulations in our Amsterdam office
  • Help administer day to day functions of the office including receiving and distributing of mail
  • Acts as the office confidant for our Amsterdam office
  • Other duties as assigned
