The (Senior) L&D Specialist is responsible for design and development of engaging and impactful L&D programs and interventions at scale, based on deep employee insight and smart use of (digital) technology.
You will play a key role in creating ever more personal and collaborative professional development experiences and performance support solutions at work (70 20 10) for FrieslandCampina staff worldwide.
To deliver upon FrieslandCampina strategy Our Purpose, Our Plan’, our HR organization is transforming. Join the new team of L&D Specialists in our Global HR Centre, headed by the Manager L&D and jointly driving L&D design & execution.
We work closely with Global L&D Experts in the CoE Talent & Leadership Development (responsible for L&D strategy and programming) and contribute to HR Centre journey teams to step-
change the personal development experience of candidates, employees, teams and organizational entities.
In this position, you will be responsible for :
sync with HR technology infrastructure
You co-drive critical make or buy decisions (off-the-shelf versus custom solutions)
You mentor fellow L&D Specialists as part of building a best-in-class L&D function for FrieslandCampina
