Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Operationally manage teams
Act as HR manager for the teams, including tasks like hiring, people development, target setting, performance reviews, coaching
Accountable and responsible for delivering the services, that have been agreed with the customers, and are assigned to the team as owner’, all in strong collaboration with other teams in- and outside the department
Manage the resource capacity within the team
Define the strategy for the local Authorization and Switching applications, in line with global strategy
Manage budget, forecast and full P&L for the service belonging to your perimeter
Participate in pre-sales, business development, solution, and product strategy in collaboration with the global teams
Follow up on customer and supplier contracts
Manage in close collaboration with Customer Delivery and Operational teams the management of services toward the customers (changes, requests, incident, problems)
Establish a very strong collaboration with Software Factory teams for all the developments related to the Front Office product
Establish a strong collaboration with domain / solution architects, analysts, product management and operations people across division / department and country boundaries
Report on weekly bases status of team and projects to the Department Manager
Skills We Can’t Do Without
University degree (master / bachelor) in computer science or engineering
10 years of work experience in IT services and / or software development, preferably in the area of electronic payments
5 years of experience as Team or Department manager and people management
Structured and organized, with good interpersonal & leadership skills
Ability to develop a strategic vision
Ability to work in dynamic situations, short timelines and with strict deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
Autonomous, proactive and customer oriented mind-set
Ability to work in an international environment and with matrix organization
Strong team player able to interact closely with, both internal and external clients; external suppliers and colleagues in a multicultural environment
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Very good knowledge of English is mandatory, both spoken and written
Strong understanding of governance processes like finance, compliance, audit and risk management
Skills We’d Like
Knowledge of electronic payment services, mainly in Acceptance / Acquiring and Issuing domains would be a strong asset
Knowledge on DevOps practices
Knowledge on Cloud solutions would be an asset
An enthusiastic team player who shares knowledge but also able to work independently
