Role Responsibilities :
Installation and commissioning of equipment, start-up machines;
performing planned maintenance, monitoring performance;
availability for remote support by phone in case of fault, or directly on site in case is not possible to
solve the problem by phone;
providing training on machines to service professionals;
identify problems and provide solutions (in case is not an easy thing, will be support by Help Desk).

background in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering;
previous experience in providing engineering field services, troubleshooting and field repairs of
electrical / mechanical equipments;
be able to speak Dutch and English (German, or Italian is a plus);
availability to travel for 70%-80% (in order to visit and to provide support and assistance to customers
located in the Netherlands or in other countries also extra Europe, in accordance with the needs of
be able to work under pressure, team oriented and flexible;
must have strong customer service skills and have the ability to interact confidently with customers.

The annual gross salary could be approximately 45.000 € / 55.000 €, depending on the experience of the candidate.
For doing his job, the technician will provide support by phone from his own home and move to the customer when needed.
