This role will be recruiting mainly for EMEA but when needed, APAC and North America.
What you’ll do
Full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing the candidates to offer (and beyond!)
Process improvement you will help initiate and create creative recruitment strategies. If you have a tool that you want to try out, a sourcing method that you want to trial, then we are open to trying it!
Stakeholder management you will partner with your stakeholders and guide them on their recruitment process, sourcing strategies and build repeatable and scalable processes that are team specific.
Employer branding you will contribute to creating and developing compelling content for web pages, social media channels, job advertisements.
You will host meet ups, attend events, write blog posts and more!
What you’ll bring
You have been hiring first class engineers for technical leaders for a number of years, you know what an A player looks like.
You have experience working cross functionally. We work in multidisciplinary teams so you have experience working with product managers, marketing and sales to get things done!
You know how to source the right talent, in the right places that goes beyond LinkedIn Recruiter and your pipeline is largely full of talent sourced by you.
You have driven recruitment marketing campaigns through social media, video, and you have some other cool ideas that you would like to try out.
You are empathetic and a natural listener. You take what you do seriously and with compassion and enthusiasm and your candidates love you for it.
You are passionate about culture add and keep diversity, equity and inclusion at the centre of what you do.
You are obsessed with candidate experience. You have built a network of talented professionals who keep in touch with you because you have delivered an exceptional candidate experience and you take pride in the experience you deliver to you candidates.
You love making decisions with data and using data as a means of persuasion. You know what great data cleanliness looks like and consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process.
