We currently have a great opportunity for a Manager Value, Access & Pricing for the Netherlands.

Job Summary :

Develops country Value, Access & Pricing strategy in line with regional EU Leads and coordinates implementation at country level, as well as engaging in appropriate discussions and activities regarding national or regional legal healthcare policy.

Obtains price and reimbursement (where applicable) for new products according to the Business strategy and agreed objectives.

Drives projects to optimize existing prices, reimbursement and market access for Allergan products and devices in accordance with defined priorities.

Works closely with the other EU Value, Access & Pricing team to access and adapt value arguments and ensures alignment with the EU strategy.

  • Minimum of degree level, preferably in Lifesciences / Pharmacology / Biomedical.
  • Professional qualification desirable in Health Economics / Healthcare management.
  • Strong strategic commercial insight on developing national marketing or market access strategies in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Extensive and up to date knowledge of country Healthcare environment, regulations, policies and procedures at national and sub-national level.
  • Clear track record of working with customers and stakeholders internally and externally at all levels to influence and implement market access strategies and plans.
  • Strong customer facing experience with payers within the market.
  • Experience of manging national submissions with a successful outcome and direct commercial experience of a product launch within country
  • Strong understanding of the link between clinical data and health economics
  • Succesful people management experience at first level
  • Good written and spoken English and Dutch
