Our global Customer Service (CS) team is on the look-out for a Program Manager to help us transform and grow to a Global Experience Marketplace.

As Program Manager, you will coordinate & manage (a portfolio of) complex business-critical initiatives that may span across multiple departments, CS domains and / or geographies.

You work closely with people of diverse functional backgrounds (a.o. Product & Tech, Operational Excellence, Workforce Management, Change Management, Training & Quality, Business Insights, HR, Partner Service etc).

The successful candidate will report into the Director CS Operations Support and will be based in Amsterdam headquarters.

Your goal is to enable individual teams / departments to plan & execute while keeping the overall objectives, planning & success in sight.

B.Responsible :

Own the successful delivery of the end-to-end program lifecycle

  • End responsible for the timely delivery of the project / initiative(s)
  • Drives vision for initiative / program towards clear business objectives, scope, requirements & success criteria
  • Creates clear planning documents together with involved departments
  • Understand milestones / blockers. Track and report progress, manage overall timelines, dependencies, risks & issues & monitor interdependencies (within & outside the project)
  • Enables team members & leaders from involved departments to make quality decisions
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team to identify & build action plans to improve the impact & experience for our customers, our business and our people (creating win-win)
  • Hold each member of the project accountable for the delivery of their part of the project
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels inside and outside of the organisation
  • Provides a structure that increases the strength of CS organization & PM capabilities within other teams (e.g. agile methodology, processes & tools;
  • structure documentation, communication for scalability & development of best practices)

    B.Skilled :

    Experienced program / project manager with 7+ years in successfully managing the full end-to-end project lifecycle on complex projects.

  • PMP / PgMP or Agile Project Management certification is preferred. Additional benefit is LEAN Six Sigma background
  • Proven ability to navigate & execute the project in agile environment, without complexifying / over-engineering things
  • Communication & relationship management

  • Adept communicator that thrives with a great deal of ambiguity & conflicting priorities. Influential, open with ability to work with, influence, and align with multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Enabling strong collaboration, team- & stakeholder management

  • Skilled negotiator who focuses on win-win solutions to tough challenges
