Our global Customer Service (CS) team is on the look-out for a Program Manager to help us transform and grow to a Global Experience Marketplace.
As Program Manager, you will coordinate & manage (a portfolio of) complex business-critical initiatives that may span across multiple departments, CS domains and / or geographies.
You work closely with people of diverse functional backgrounds (a.o. Product & Tech, Operational Excellence, Workforce Management, Change Management, Training & Quality, Business Insights, HR, Partner Service etc).
The successful candidate will report into the Director CS Operations Support and will be based in Amsterdam headquarters.
Your goal is to enable individual teams / departments to plan & execute while keeping the overall objectives, planning & success in sight.
