In this role you will act and serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and needs and acts as an employee champion and change agent.

The role includes international human resource responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will be :

  • Advising :
  • Support the development and drive the achievement of the annual strategy, taking business priorities and the global HR strategy into account;
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention;
  • Diagnose and deliver full talent interventions (quality, diversity and depth) against business needs
  • Determine and deliver succession plans, be accountable for final resourcing decisions down to agreed levels, embedd core processes and put talent pipelines in place;
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations;
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions);
  • Develop Management Capability to build our leadership talent for the future;
  • Coach the Leadership team ensuring that they are delivering on their purpose and inspiring their teams;
  • Deliver change programmes deliver continuous organizational and productivity improvements.
  • Supporting :
  • Deliver information and support to enable HR colleagues and managers to execute their work;
  • Support annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management and merit and bonus awards;
  • Partner with TA and HR colleagues as needed to provide solutions for clients;
  • Evaluate issues, patterns and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs i.e. training;
  • Participate in projects and deliver support when required regarding HR and cross functional projects;
  • Monitor, review and update all HR policies and ensure these are in line with the current legislation;
  • Write and review company policies and procedures, ready for management approval;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
  • In this role you will be successfull if :

  • you have a BA / MA degree in Human Resources;
  • 5+ years of working experience in HR;
  • you are able to communicate effectively with senior executives and employees and comfortable presenting programs to employee groups and members of senior management;
  • you have business acumen and good understanding and awareness of how to successfully make the right business decisions;
  • you have the ability to focus on the desired results, set challenging goals, focus on the goals and meeting or exceeding them;
  • you know how to deal with confidential information, you must be a steward of ethics and be discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information;
  • you have a good understanding of IT programs and HR systems;
  • you are able to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
