Verantwoordelijkheden

Delivering of safety critical training

Develop, implement and manage a teaching programme to cover the course syllabus

To deliver safety critical training and assessments to NVQ level 2&3 rail standards as well as ad-hoc shorter courses

Deliver high quality vocational training and providing excellent course materials to prepare students for assessment / examination and the workplace

Prepare and deliver operational training programs to targeted personnel

Assess training needs and certification requirements ensuring competencies do not expire

Prepare classroom agenda and training materials for each course

Deliver presentations and create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials and training aids)

Delivering and assessing driver competency in all types of operational tractions

  • Kwalificaties
  • Qualifications :

    Must be qualified to a minimum of C&G / BTEC Level 3 within Engineering and have practical experience within engineering.

    Ideally you will have specialised further training or experience within a specific infrastructure discipline i.e. OLE, Signalling, PWay, S&C, S&T etc

    Good standard of education, minimum GSCE level

    Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2)

    Experience :

    Occupational history and competence within the rail industry Minimum 3-5 years with the ability to motivate and encourage people

    Accurate report writing and record keeping skills Planning and delivering vocational training programmes and workshops

    Full understanding of train depot operations and knowledge of rail vehicles
