You provide inbound customer care via telephone, email, mail and fax
Trouble-shooting and maintaining customer satisfaction for luxury customers are your daily tasks
You respond to general queries in terms of after-sales issues, products and technical inquiries
Handling data administration and communication between the departments will be your daily routine
You are fluent in French and English (written and verbally)
Experience as a customer agent is necessary
You are a quick learner, flexible and customer-oriented
Good computer and communication skills are requested
