Service Engineer

About the position

The role of Service Engineer is of great importance for the growth and quality of the organization of our client. In this role you are responsible for solving technical issues, implement solutions and follow up monitoring with customers.

You are the key person when it comes to troubleshooting.

Your other tasks are very diverse and that makes the role very interesting :

You translate, communicate issues and solutions on the field into the product development cycle;

Provide technical support;

Carrying out repairs (or modifications), maintenance and testing at the location of the customer;

You can work under pressure and understand customer needs;

You have good stakeholder management skills and communicate easily with all parties (customers and our clients stakeholders).

About you

The Service Engineer has a major influence on the entire chain. From assembly to quality control and use with the end customer.

You can put your creative ideas into practice. In addition, you are assertive, flexible and pleasant in communication with colleagues, customers and suppliers.

But you also stand firm in your shoes when necessary. You are self-driven and planner, can work under unstructured processes and you are able to implement structure.

Job requirements

A completed Bachelor level education in Electrical engineering or a related field;

You have experience and affinity with electrical installations;

2+ years of relevant work experience;

Experience on the energy field is a big plus;

Living in the Arnhem region or willing to relocate is an advantage;

For this position traveling is needed up to maximum of 20% to 30% of the time (travels within Benelux and UK);

Speak and write English, Dutch is an advantage.
