You will be part of a dynamic team within in the Image Guided Therapy Systems business a market leader in its field.

You are responsible for

As Product Marketing Manager Interventional Tools you will drive the definition, development and introduction of winning propositions for the market of Image Guided Therapy Systems, enabling our customers to deliver the best possible patient care at optimal economical value while performing minimal invasive cardiovascular procedures.

Our interventional tools software portfolio forms a crucial part of our Azurion solution. It allows for differentiation across the different clinical segments.

By working in close alignment with customers, partners, markets, and internal stakeholders, you will strive to continuously improve our integral offerings.

  • Define the upstream marketing roadmap with responsibility of creation and execution of strategic business and marketing growth plans
  • Define the launch strategy and drive the global execution in collaboration with the local markets based on alignment with all stakeholders
  • Definition of the integral proposition based on market- and customer insights, including value proposition, supporting claims, pricing strategy, offer design, target customers and markets.
  • Drive the development and delivery of new products in cooperation with Key Opinion Leaders, target markets and internal stakeholders (esp.
  • Executives, Marcom, Customer Service, Clinical Specialist, Regulatory Affairs and R&D)

    You are a part of

    The IGT-S organization is responsible for global marketing, development, and manufacturing of image guidance solutions. You will be part of the clinically focused marketing team that is responsible for upstream Marketing and New Product Development and creating a full proposition in our interventional tools portfolio across clinical segments.

    IGT-S is the global market leader and at the heart of Philips Healthcare. This position is based in Best and you will report to the Director Product Management Clinical Suites.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    A solid experience in medical equipment / devices. Ability to drive market share gain through innovative programs and products that are broader than just the product.

    You can take and distill customer needs into tangible product offerings that would influence a customer’s behavior. Furthermore, you can drive actions through influence management as well as work just as well in a team as you can individually.


  • Engineering or medical / clinical educational background (MSc), or Master in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields with excellent academic track record.
  • Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare in an international / global business environment in marketing or product management;
  • ideally in a high tech environment

  • Strong knowledge of the (interventional) radiology market, both clinical and market dynamics.
  • Experience with product development, value proposition creation and product launches is a must.
  • Preference for proven track record with global brands in Healthcare market
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.

  • Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, and a market and customer driven approach to product creation
  • Strong analytical skills and the passion to drive business growth. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
  • Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks
  • Solid spoken and written English skills
