Currently we’re hiring a New Business Development Manager to help us meet our ambitious growth targets. Generate growth, create maximum value and sustain our leading position will be key challenges in this entrepreneurial role.

Developing a new business within the field of additive manufacturing, leveraging the existing competences in Signify Maarheeze, will be your key goal.

Do you have what it takes?

As our New Business Development Manager you’ll join our Components Sales team as a New Business Development Manager in Eindhoven area, The Netherlands.

We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

What you’ll do

Develop global business plans and implement relevant go to market strategies to drive sales growth and market share, focusing on Europe firstly.

Generate internal and external sales leads supporting the Component sales targets in term of turnover and margin.

Build and maintain relationships with the international accounts that have been identified by you.

Lead the internal preparation and external execution of the negotiation process at account headquarters and directs this process together with Management

Represent Signify components for Additive Manufacturing at events, sales meetings and customer visits globally.

Team up with R&D to provide insight in market dynamics based on customer feedback in order to create new value propositions

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial organization, preferably in new business environment, sales and marketing.
  • Bachelor / University degree preferably in Business administration / business economics / marketing or other relevant education
  • Preferably working experience in B2B sales in a technical environment
  • Ability to create new business through innovation
  • Can translate high tech possibilities into understandable benefits for the right customer
  • Fluent in English
  • As a person you are a great team player and self-propelling and you thrive working in highly dynamic environments.
