Our client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a IP Solution manager to join their business in the Netherlands.
Solution pre-sales activities to potential and existing Enterprise customers.
Act as the main point of contact for the solution part in bidding project.
Establish, monitor and manage service level agreement (SLA) for Enterprise customers, tier 1 Carriers and Channel Customers.
Identify and select channel partners, including system integrators and training partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in order to identify new opportunities.
Execute strategies to increase our Solution sales.
Guarantee and enhance the degree of customer satisfaction.
5-10 years of experience with Solution Development.
Experience in house care industry.
Main focus on storage.
Dutch and English (written and spoken)
