The skills & development educator has the following, important responsibilities :
Responsible for educating the rotators and Corporate Sales Executives to train generic staff instore
Execute retailer specific & affiliate specific programs including selling, services and coaching. This is instore or via digital channels
Build strong relationships with retailers
Ensure education in key categories and hero products per brand
Support trade plan Implement instore coaching programs for generic rotators
Inspire, motivate and educate at all times
Achieve the retail sales plan
Have responsibility of choosing the best economically viable travel, hotel and catering for own training
Being proactive and seeing possibilities for new ways of doing things to work smarter and cheaper
