As Sales Manager Insulation Western Europe you will beresponsible for the sale of insulation products of Thermaflex tothe wholesale, project- and OEM-market.
You are a project-drivenand practical advisor for both existing and new clients. Your mainfocus will be expanding new business opportunities for the projectmarket and OEM.
The main markets are heating, ventilation andair conditioning (HVAC), cooling, marine, automotive and theequipment industry.
You are able to align the Western Europeanorganizations (Germany, Austria, Benelux) to create commercialcollaboration, synergies and ensure all parties work towards acommon goal.
Also, you will develop new markets in France, Italy,UK and Scandinavia.
What are your responsibilities as a SalesManager Insulation?
You will create and execute the strategic and operationalplans for expanding new business.
You willdevelop and execute the plan for achievement of yearly targets andKPI’s.
You will be responsible for thecommercial results of the Thermaflex Group in the insulation marketin Western Europe.
Next to that you willcollate and analyze market information in order to obtain a clearpicture of the overall market and market developments for futuredirection.
With your hands-on approach youwill create new business opportunities and leads in the regionalmarket.
Also, you maintain the relationshipwith existing clients within your region.
Yougive guidance and support to existing regions on Thermaflexoperating practices, to ensure effectiveness, efficiency andconsistency in the regions.
Lead an engagedteam of sales representatives in Western European organizations todefine and implement the strategic and operational plans(roadmap).
You will report to the CEO of theThermaflex Group.
What is Thermaflex looking for in a SalesManager Insulation?
Bachelor’s degree (mechanical, industrial orcommercial).
At least five years of workexperience in (international) sales and peoplemanagement.
Knowledge and experience in the(European) wholesale market for building- & installationmaterials would be preferred.
Fluent in Dutch,English and German, both verbal and written.
Flexible to travel frequently.
Youare a resident of the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium.
