Job description : As a FedEx Sr. Business Analyst you will play an important role through effective research and analysis in supporting the development and implementation of enterprise wide pricing solutions that will result in improved revenue.

Key responsibilities : As a Technical PO / PM, the successful candidate will perform requirement analysis and evaluation of customer expectations and lead the development of Revenue Producing applications under the International App Dev organization.

Lead the development of the IT project charter and scope, and ensure delivery of the solution per the schedule, budget and scope.

Act as the technical PO / PM mediating between the Dev team and the Business team by understanding the business requirements, creating functional solutions and leading the scrum team towards successful implementation.

Essentially acting as the IT lead for the Business partners and Business lead for the development team. Act as a Business as well as technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s).

Perform the relevant and required project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close, and the supporting processes e.

g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management Monitor and track the completion of projects, coordinating with project team / other relevant functions as required.

Foster an environment of collaboration and trust throughout project lifecycle. Manage external contracts and suppliers where required Ensures that quality project standards are met as prescribed by IT Services through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies and deliverables Supports management with the analysis, interpretation and application of complex information Contribute to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals Most importantly, as this position is a lead position and will have the complete ownership of the application from development side, the successful candidate should be able to switch context as well as role as when needed and support the team in all aspects.

If needed the candidate should be willing to dive deep and even write user stories in order to lead the team from the front.

The ideal candidate will have : Experience of managing IT projects with personal accountability for delivering on time and within cost for large, complex projects, typically more than $1M in value.

Very strong Analytical and Problem solving skills. Requirement Analysis and Design Thinking skills. Judgement and Decision Making skills.

  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills Results oriented and commercially aware. Agile or Safe Agile experience. Mastery of project management methodologies, tools and templates (includes project planning, schedule / roadmap development, scope management and cost management) Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises Experience managing vendor contracts, off shore based teams and app dev budget;
