As Sales Manager at WCC, you are responsible for winning new business (measured through revenue targets) in new and existing accounts for our Business Units in the Employment (staffing and Public Employment Services (PES)) market and our ID & security Solutions.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the profitable business development of WCC’s smart search and match solutions and ID & security solutions, including software, professional services and maintenance support services.
The goals are mainly achieved through creating new reference customers. Close teamwork with pre-sales, consultants, sales management, marketing, development, and partners is essential in exceeding targets.
Partners are large System Integrators and solution partners in joint tender / bid processes is of key importance to win business.
As Sales Manager North Latin America you report to the VP Sales Americas
Meet and exceed the yearly revenue targets;
Win enough new business and new customers each year within the assigned territory;
Selling Enterprise Solutions, several Labor Market Modules like Employment Platform, or ID solutions to manage large volumes of Identity data to protect borders and citizens as well as provide legal identity for all), Technology and (strategic) consulting services to improve the user (find) experience, the business processes and business performance of our customers;
Assist in expanding the Employment Market business and Governments to help them with ID & Security solutions of existing customers and thus ensure the continuation of maintenance contracts;
Develop new relevant concepts and new relevant functions in WCC’s products through improving our customers business that can be sold repetitively.
Mainly through joint effort of customer and WCC;
Territory management (market segments, accounts, and geography) and pipeline management;
Maintain and develop a good personal network in the employment, ID / Security / enterprise market;
Maintain and develop a good personal network in the employment market;
Manage and execute the business development process to win the business;
The goal is to make each customer a super promoter (a super reference) of WCC and WCC’s solutions;
Identify, analyze and interpret trends and challenges in the market;
Develop the market together with business management, sales management and consulting to grow our market share and revenue to meet our yearly revenue goals;
Customers / Prospects / Partners (winning business) :
Customers vision engineering and qualification of potential opportunities;
Develop a feasible and pragmatic roadmap plan jointly with prospects and execute the plan.
Marketing and Development (developing resources) :
Provide input to competitive analysis & Market Research;
Help develop compelling positioning and messaging for WCC’s products;
Contribute to develop content for marketing material, like collateral, sales tools, training, and support tools;
Get access to development resources for customer projects.

We request that you preferably have :
Bachelor / Academic level;
5-7 Years of significant experience with enterprise sales solutions working in a dynamic environment
Experience with a consultative selling of software solutions in complex environments;
Familiarity with enterprise technology and SaaS is a plus;
Experience selling enterprise software to government is a plus.
Fluent in English and Spanish (both writing and speaking), Portuguese is a plus;
Ability to understand customers’ processes and to sell consultative solutions for problems within these processes;
Following up on inbound leads;
Developing and managing a pipeline and learn everything there is to know about our products and industry
Global territory, willingness to travel frequently worldwide of at least 50%;
Able to work closely with partners and 3rd party technology / solution suppliers;
Articulate our value proposition to the market.
