The Position

The Senior Specialist, Talent Booking & Management supports the Senior Manager Talent Booking & Management in continually identifying new - as well as building and maintaining existing - relationships with leading model and talent agencies, to seek out the best talent possible for all Global TOMMY HILFIGER marketing initiatives.

This includes supporting on the research, casting and booking of models and talent for both HILFIGER and TOMMY lifestyles, and the alignment with internal teams and stakeholders across the various consumer journey touchpoints and regions.

The Senior Specialist, Talent Booking & Management supports in negotiating contract terms, usages, fees and legal clearances, including Union representation where required.

Furthermore, the role requires the setting of standard usage terms and conditions, and the management of rights, including informing stakeholders of expiry and re-negotiations if necessary.

Talent analysis, from desk research, to go-sees and fittings, to building presentation decks, is an important part of the role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage in negotiating contract terms, usages, fees and legal clearances, including Union representation where required.

  • Conduct talent analysis, from desk research, to go-sees and fittings, to building presentation decks, is an important part of the role.

  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion & Branding or Fashion & Management from a leading business school / university is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in casting and / or talent / model management for high-end clients in fashion, or similar in-house position for a high-fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Ideal candidate has worked for one of the leading talent / model agencies (IMG, Next, Elite, etc).

  • A natural connector, with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and a broad international network.
  • A strong team player who is able to work well and positively under pressure and enjoys finding innovative, workable and efficient solutions to every casting brief.
  • A deep understanding and knowledge of and passion for the global fashion industry, and its key players
  • Passion and instinct for identifying new and existing talent for a wide range of marketing initiatives
  • A broad, international network with a strong focus on high-end model & talent agencies
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
