Descripción del empleo The Brand Manager is the pan-European brand expert who sets strategic direction and ensures execution for Sports Medicine portfolio growth through development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies, portfolio development, internal and external education strategies, and European customer engagement campaigns.

Your key responsibilitiesIn alignment with global strategy, sets annual and long-term brand strategy to achieve required growth, profit and market share targets.

Creates / distributes scalable assets, tools, marketing campaigns ( menu ) and best practices which can be localized for maximum impact.

Define and execute regional product life cycle including phase-in (launch) and phase-out (PLCM) of productsIdentifies education, brand experience and customer engagement opportunities for both internal and external audiences to increase brand perception and value in collaboration with Education Manager.

Additionally, in partnership with Education Manager, identify internal training needs and create relevant content and training programsIn collaboration with the Divisional / Portfolio Marketing / Local Marketing teams Creation of Annual Marketing Plan and portfolio roadmap over 3 to 5 year horizon.

Working with country leadership to forecast demand develop relationships with supply chain partners Provide analysis of business performance, brand perception, and other drivers of future brand performance.

Define mitigating actions to deliver on strategy.Partner with divisional resources to develop portfolio through new product development, line extensions, and M&A activityCreate Pan European, scalable customer engagement events such as facility tours / events / congresses, hands-

on opportunities, and medical education programsManage branding, messaging, positioning, and pricing of assigned brands based on market, customer, and competitive insightsTake the lead in developing KOL’s for the brandWith support from the Manager coordinate the HCP academy plans & execute in line with the power brand strategyWhat are we looking for?

Degree in Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Life Science or relevant field (Masters or MBA Highly desirable)At least 8 years of marketing experience of which a significant portion is within Medtech industryIdeally you have a background in Orthopaedics, especially in Sports MedicineProven success record in leading European marketing project including marketing plans, product launches and campaigns within healthcare industryExtensive knowledge of product management processes, planning and executionBroad experience in supporting the sales force and customer facing activities in the field.

Proven track record of analysis of key customer and competition trends. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software is requiredAbility to develop trust and strong relationships with local marketers, sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and key customers as well as strong influencing skills.
