Manpower is looking for a workforce coordinator for a global company in Lelystad.

As a coordinator workforce you are the combining factor between the recruitment agencies and the operations themself. You will be in charge of the total weekly planning based on the forecast delivered by our clients combined with the actual data of the process control department.

To ensure the best planning possible, you have daily meetings with the recruitment agencies, warehouse managers and the operational manager.

You will also perform the following tasks :

Maintaining the system (Protime) with all the information needed

Coordinating the operations department about the needs of new people

Coordinating the agencies about, among other things, the forecasting demand and the service level of the agencies

Functie-eisen

Good communicative skills in both English and Dutch, because you will be communicating in both languages

Able to work and think at a mbo+ / EQF level 5 level

At least three year(s) of experience working as a coordinator workforce, workforce planner or something similar

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel

Availability of at least 36 hours per week

Able to apply for a Code of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag or VOG) at your local municipality

Knowledge of the Spanish language is an advantage, but not necessary! Living in or near Lelystad, Almere or Harderwijk is a bonus but also not mandatory!
