Revenue Operations Sr. Analyst, EMEA

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in developing a fundamental awareness of all strategy, systems, and processes employed by Sales and Customer Success teams and ensure global alignment
  • Seek and define additional areas for business optimization to continually increase efficiencies within the EMEA organization
  • Gather, monitor, and analyze performance data, providing deep insights on where and how to improve revenue attainment through customer expansion and retention
  • Build reporting dashboards across systems such as Salesforce and Tableau to give EMEA Sales and Customer Success representatives visibility into their current pace and progress towards targets
  • Communicate and implement new strategies and processes as Lucid’s global business evolves, conducting effective change management to ensure adoption and success
  • Assist with the development of quarterly and annual forecasting to build headcount and quota expectations for steady business and organizational growth within the EMEA region
  • Analyze growth within EMEA business segments and territories, and develop optimal account management strategies and book composition
  • Maintain process alignment across territories and regions for all accounts, opportunities, contacts and leads within Salesforce and accompanying sales acceleration tools
  • Provide up-to-date reporting to the Lucid Executive team, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success management on the progress of the EMEA business to ensure visibility and transparency

  • Requirements :

  • Independent, highly motivated, and has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup type environment
  • Detailed-oriented with a strong bias for using data and statistics to inform decisions
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, sales operations, marketing operations or similar functions
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, understand a wide array of systems, and meet deadlines
  • Experience building rapport with Sales and Customer Success teams, with a curious mindset to continuously seek to learn about the challenges teams, face in the marketplace
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to make compelling, data-driven, recommendations for change
  • Highly effective problem-solving skills with a bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
  • Native or Professional English Proficiency
  • Ability to work in the Amsterdam
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience working in a revenue or sales operations role
  • Experience managing a team and communicating across multiple functions
  • Experience using, business intelligence software, and marketing automation software
