The role

Any change can be disruptive, but there are few changes that impact an organization as much as the introduction of new communication and collaboration technology such as Microsoft 365.

As a Global Associate Consultant for Adoption and Change Management (gn), you will play a key role in our Global Managed Services Delivery by increasing acceptance and benefits for our customers' employees across the globe.

You will focus on people in the change process and also shed light on business processes, systems and technologies, employee roles and organizational structures.

Your main responsibility is to help customers navigate through the complexity of delivering Microsoft 365 while making sure that all employees adapt and adopt the change this is bringing.

In this way, you increase the acceptance of change and show how the benefits of new technologies can be maximized. You act as a coach, sparring partner and support the change process in the respective organizations.

You will work according to the unique SoftwareONE Change Management framework, based on the Prosci methodology. You will analyze monitored data like adoption reporting's and guide customers remotely to introduce online learning tools, ACM artefacts and frameworks, create strategy plans and develops learning concepts.

Thus, you enhance the benefit for all parties involved, increase the added value of our services and thus the ROI.

You will be part of an international team working closely together to continuously improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Clearly define desired business outcomes and build a high quality Adoption Roadmap inclusive of customer objectives, stakeholders, risks and metrics needed to achieve them.
  • Drive Microsoft 365 adoption and usage through Change Management methods.
  • Drive end-user excitement to create viral adoption (e.g. excitement days, champions programs)
  • Proactively identifying new workloads and expansion opportunities
  • engaging workload experts (e.g. FastTrack, Services, etc.) to drive business outcomes and value creation
  • Contribute knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
  • Delivery Execution :

  • Delivery of Global Managed Adoption and Change Management
  • Tailoring of artefacts and frameworks
  • Tailoring of ACM deliverables
  • Hold Stakeholder remote meetings
  • Provide Guidance and Coaching on ACM activities to customers
  • Monthly or Bi-weekly engagement with Customer Core Change Team
  • Monitoring adoption and usage data
  • Drive action recommendations
  • Monitoring the fulfilment of the provided plans
  • Support the implementation of ACM measures on the customer side and are part of an ACM service team that aims to develop skills for the adaptation of new technologies.
  • This requires close coordination with the ACM Core Team, Technical Delivery Managers and Sponsors within the customer organization, to develop and implement an ACM strategy.

    What we need to see from you

    Technical requirements :

  • You have a successfully completed degree in business, psychology or similar or have relevant professional experience
  • You already have professional experience in delivering change management projects
  • You are well familiar with classic change management skills, methods and instruments such as stakeholder / change impact analyses, internal marketing of change through targeted internal communication as well as personnel development measures (training, coaching).
  • You have at least basic knowledge about MS O365 technology
  • You know how to build trust and relationships with other people, act with strong communication skills and are able to develop a common vision.
  • You keep a cool head even in stressful situations and continue to act in a structured and goal-oriented manner
  • You have experience in project management and ideally have a Prosci Change Management certification
  • Skills requirements :

  • Excellent language skills in Dutch and English
  • Confident and humble individual that’s highly motivated and oriented on results, teamwork and learning;
  • Being able to work effectively with anyone with different skillsets;
  • Understand the implication of change though the implementation of technology to the business;
  • Strong structural work methods, multitasking and time management skills;
  • Solid problem solving and assertive consultative skills.
