As a Global Associate Consultant for Adoption and Change Management (gn), you will play a key role in our Global Managed Services Delivery by increasing acceptance and benefits for our customers' employees across the globe.
You will focus on people in the change process and also shed light on business processes, systems and technologies, employee roles and organizational structures.
Your main responsibility is to help customers navigate through the complexity of delivering Microsoft 365 while making sure that all employees adapt and adopt the change this is bringing.
In this way, you increase the acceptance of change and show how the benefits of new technologies can be maximized. You act as a coach, sparring partner and support the change process in the respective organizations.
You will work according to the unique SoftwareONE Change Management framework, based on the Prosci methodology. You will analyze monitored data like adoption reporting's and guide customers remotely to introduce online learning tools, ACM artefacts and frameworks, create strategy plans and develops learning concepts.
Thus, you enhance the benefit for all parties involved, increase the added value of our services and thus the ROI.
You will be part of an international team working closely together to continuously improve the customer experience.
