Specialist Account Managers work closely with clients at the farm level to meet each client’s unique and individual financial needs.
IT systems provide support for all business units across Rabobank Australia & New Zealand.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
Familiarisation with UI / UX best practices and picking up defects affecting customer experience.
Experience in creating and elaborating the test strategies, test plans and other test artefacts.
Provide estimates for test planning and execution.
Proficiency with a number of different technical quality engineering tools such as : Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, RestAssured, SOAP UI or Postman, SpecFlow, Azure devops.
Writing manual regression tests for new, and existing features, and working with other software engineers to determine which tests need to be automated.
Identifying appropriate test scenarios including relevant edge and error cases.
Developing highly efficient automated test suites that provide the necessary coverage and confidence to release whilst minimising manual effort and build times.
Collaborating with DevOps team to integrate test automation into building / packaging pipelines.
Champion best practices for testing within an organisation. Ensuring the team meets the desired business acceptance criteria of each story.Qualifications :
University Degree or equivalent
5-8 years of experience in automation testingKnowledge :
Basic knowledge on BFSI. Skills : Interpersonal Skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.Customer Focus
Ability to always relate test objectives back to user requirements and product risks.Technical and Specialist Skills
Experience with basic working knowledge of : o MS Word , MS Excel skillso Foundation skills in Azure devops or any defect tracking tools.
Ability to self-manage and coordinate testing effort based on the test plan and schedule.
Ability to manage defects through to resolution and re-test.
Identify potential concerns and communicate with the reporting manager before they have an impact on the schedule.Soft Skills Set
