Role description

The day starts with making an inventory of new applicants. A number of interesting profiles come across and you contact them directly to plan the first round of interviews.

Sourcing the rest of the morning and before lunch starts you have a call with a college about an interview training that you will be giving to final-year students.

In the afternoon you will be devoted to job interviews. Some possible starters are still abroad and the initial interview will be via Skype.

Conducting two second interviews later that day, picking them up at the reception, give them a grand tour of the office and make sure you get to know everything about them.

At the end of the day you discuss the various procedures you have with the HR Manager.

In the end deciding to make an offer to the candidate of the Skype interview in order to be ahead of other offerings and closing another successful day!

Corporate Recruiter at SIRE® Life Sciences means that you have a central role in our organization. You are therefore able to manage the expectations from various team leads and our HR Manager like no other.

Responsibilities

Together with the HR Manager you are responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process :

  • Engaged in finding and proactively approaching the best candidates in the market
  • Conducting job interviews, monitor progress of the job application process and supportive in the contract discussions
  • Advising all internal hiring managers on the recruitment strategy
  • Contribute and support in the on-boarding and further development of our new colleagues
  • Finding the best talent is of course a challenge. That is why you know better than anyone how to build a network of candidates.

    Writing attractive and engaging vacancy texts and participating in various fairs and develop relationships with schools and universities to bring in the new generation of colleagues.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masters' degree
  • 3 to 5 years' of working experience as a Corporate Recruit or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in person and on the phone
  • Communicative skills with a convincing attitude
  • Valid driver's license B
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
