Keywords : Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, Java 8, Spring Boot, TDD, Microservices You are responsible for In one of the Agile development teams in Zeist (it is a big plus if you live nearby), you develop new (cloud-based) functionality to make the exchange of healthcare information effortless for medical doctors and their supportive staff.

There are ample opportunities to work together with other (international) Philips teams on solutions that span traditional product boundaries.

You make sure new functionality can be deployed and easily troubleshooted and maintained. As a senior developer, you will also coach other software developers and advise the CTO and other staff on process improvements and new technology choices.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience You have professional Java or .Net development experience in a size-able codebase for at least 3 years.

In general, you have proven problem-solving skills (HBO / WO / University level), preferably in a Unix / Linux network intensive (DevOps) environment.

You can express yourself effortless in a language like Java 8, English (preferably in Dutch too). You like Test Driven Development (TDD) and a structured, careful way of working, which we think is essential for the medical domain.
