The team is actively seeking a highly motivated, highly experienced B2C marketing leader to design and execute the KfB marketing strategy for a unique, innovative, and patented entrance way & gate access technology.
The role requires a marketing leader who is able to operate both strategically and tactically, think big to drive new opportunities, dive deep into data to uncover customer insights, and solve complex problems to drive operational excellence, with a demonstrable understanding of performance marketing tactics and digital marketing strategy.

As the Head of Marketing for the Key for Business new retail product, your global mandate will be to design and execute the overall marketing strategy of a brand new door access product.
This role in intrinsically cross-functional and you will work closely with several teams across multiple orgs to develop and execute marketing strategies.
This is a high visibility role with frequent opportunities to interact with leadership.
Develop overall marketing strategy for our new patented entrance way & gate access technology;
Lead brand, product, and business teams to optimize customer journey and messaging across all marketing channels;
Develop and execute direct customer acquisition strategies tied to a specific customer acquisition cost (CAC) target and overall customer acquisition goals (growth);
Own and oversee the execution of marketing operations across all channels (including web, programmatic, search, SEO, paid social, Amazon onsite, email / CRM, etc.);
Manage the overall marketing budget (media and non-media), resources, and prioritization of all marketing initiatives;
Analyze, interpret, and report results from digital campaigns, from reach to conversion, and share learnings with key stakeholders to drive continuous campaign optimization;
Drive business and senior leader reviews, including or beyond the VP level, aligning teams toward coherent and effective business and marketing strategies;
Create, optimize, and drive adoption of the critical mechanisms necessary to ensure the strategy will be successful in the long-term (with and without your involvement);
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to improve marketing performanceand effectiveness;
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media or comparable experience in Consumer Electronics and / or CPG
7+ years of experience in product / retail / brand / partner marketing
5+ years of experience in online / e-commerce / digital / performance marketing
2+ years of experience in digital / high-tech consumer companies
MBA or Master’s degree in marketing related field
Experience thinking outside the box and creating bold visions while maintaining a strong and detailed focus on the bottom line
Owner mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves, dive deep and get the job done in a start-up culture
Excel at cross-team collaboration, problem solving and have a bias for action to respond to customer and partner needs
Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
Proven ability to work comfortably and effectively in an ambiguous environment without close supervision
Experience in writing business documents
