G-Star’s IT Department has over 50 employees and is responsible for the IT landscape within G-Star worldwide. As addition to our team, the IT Support team is looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer.
As our new Junior IT Support Engineer, you’ll be part of our skilled helpdesk. In addition, you will be making sure that our worldwide G-
Star stores are IT enabled, our teams are able to do their jobs and our customers are able to buy their favorite denim.
G-Star has an extensive IT landscape. You will support amongst others laptops, desktops, thin clients, printers, mobile, Citrix and various Microsoft products.
Working hours are flexible, so this is not a 9 to 5 job.
Whenever and wherever there is an issue, you’re the one who knows how to solve it.
What you bring to the table :
Active Directory, VoIP, TCP / IP (and preferably Topdesk) are very much known to you
You are able to come up with solutions regarding various hardware, Microsoft Office products, printing solutions, user management.
You are a real communicator and have a customer oriented attitude
You’re glass is always half full and you have a way of always coming up with the best solution
Fashion? You live and breathe it.
Add a relevant IT related MBO and around 1 year of relevant experience in a large (preferably international) organization and you’ve got our full attention.
Finally, do you have Microsoft certifications and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch and preferably a third language? We’d love to meet you!
