Key tasks CRM Manager :

  • As CRM Manager you are responsible for the marketing database and the strategy for the use and development of this database for both technical, intelligence, legal and Marketing.
  • You execute the data-strategy with focus on marketing objectives and business intelligence. Within this falls a.o. campaigns for growth, quality and optimal use towards several internal and external stakeholders.
  • And monitoring this. You are pro-active and initiate and implement market-opportunities ;
  • You safeguard the quality of the database by continuous search for improvements of the process and validation possibilities
  • You safeguard data process for both database matching with partners (like affiliate and commercial partners) and alle incoming data-sources.
  • You are co-responsible for the commercial campaigns for ESPN, 24Kitchen, National Geographic, FOX TV and Disney channels and their partners;
  • You make smart data-selections for (direct marketing) campaigns and researches;
  • As CRM Manager your deliver, both asked and un-asked advise to internal stakeholders when it comes to the use of the data in light of commercialization;
  • You take care of monitoring the GDPR legislation;
  • You contribute, together with the database marketeer, in excellent customer-experience by means of developing customer relationship management, such as loyalty programs, automatic campaigns, upsell and customer lifecycles;
  • You develop data campaign strategies for our partners and take care of solid detailing together with this partner;
  • You make clear KPI-report in Power BI to stimulate marketing teams of the brands and support the business with fast and easy access to information from the database
  • You maintain good relationship with Disney IT and (internal) foreign stakeholders in the UK and US, in order to inform each other about new and running developments and changing processes.
  • Responsibilities : Technical

    Technical

  • Manage in- and external CRM and marketing vendors for data-selections, monitoring, validation and implementation of new technical processes
  • Create new processes towards improving stability and quality
  • Cleaning up the data of 24Ktichen, ESPN, FOX TV and National Geographic
  • Maintenance and optimization of the data eco landscape, among with the data warehouse, Email marketing tool, customer data platform and BI-tools.
  • Monitoring of processes in relation to incoming and outgoing data flows.

  • Marketing & Commerce (Affiliate Distribution)
  • Setting up marketing campaigns in light of sales ESPN, 24Kitchen, National Geographic, FOX TV and Disney Studio
  • Responsible for (email) marketing systems (ESPN, 24Kitchen, National Geographic, FOX TV)
  • Development of new e-mail templates based on the newest technologies and possibilities
  • Improve and optimise customer journeys for all entities
  • Automatic campaign development for strengthening engagement and (re-)activation of fans’ for all entities
  • Brand partnerships & clubs

  • Setting up and coordination of strategic database marketing campaigns, this together with partner of the entities and the Eredivisie-clubs
  • Responsible for the enrichment of the database by smart campaigns and cooperation with 3
  • parties

  • Generate customer profiles and ancillary segments
  • To use data strategically towards partnerships in order to generate extra revenues from the database.
  • Intelligence & Analytics

  • Create and monitor CRM dashboards together with commercial / marketing managers and the business intelligence team
  • Pro-active creation of adhoc marketing intelligence based on the CRM database
  • Support Affiliates with research based on internal and external sources
  • Cross-entity analyses in light of business intelligence
  • Legal

  • Monitoring of GDPR over all entities within TWDC Benelux where it concerns data collection, keeping and using personal information
  • Correct working of opt-ins and opt-outs, general terms and privacy statements
  • Advising role towards Affiliate distribution, Brand partnerships, ESPN business, Marketing with respect to usage of data in light of GDPR
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • HBO / WO diploma (business or Marketing or external database marketing)
  • 5+ years experience in database marketing / CRM marketing
  • Comprehension of Marketing and the technical side. Not into detail, but able to manage the context.
  • Experience with Database marketing Analytics
  • Stakeholder management
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Experience with Excel and SQL
  • Experience with (email)marketing tools
  • Experience with PowerBI is a pré
