In a nutshell
We are looking for a Finance Operator who can combine first-class analytical skills with a creative and problem-solving mindset.
As an innovative thinker, you constantly generate your own ideas. You are able to think about the finance domain of the future instead of just executing a finance role.
You also have a healthy appetite for calculated risks, an enabler not a blocker!
You are confident and take ownership of your projects, but also collaborate with and motivate your colleagues in helping to build a scalable finance domain of the future!
What you’ll do
Work closely with different teams on business cases shaping our future
Support a rapidly expanding payroll administration
Challenge our operations teams in their periodic reports
Show hands-on mentality in our daily finance operations
Lead projects regarding our internal processes and controls
Support in year-end and audit tasks
Relevant master’s degree in Finance, Economics and / or Accounting
Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent MS Excel and data analysis skills
Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
Nice to have : 1-2 years of experience in a Finance related role such as FP&A analyst, controller, financial due diligence or similar roles
Knowledge of Tableau
Accounting system knowledge (Workday is a plus)
