Order Management Analyst


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

Make sure that all the orders of our key customers are checked and pushed through the system on time.

Analyse the order data and catch any exceptions that would prevent us from shipping the orders on time to our clients.

  • Act as the single-point-of-contact to assigned Cummins' customers and cross functional departments to process and fulfil customer orders;
  • providing accurate documentation and continual communication to customer throughout the process 95% via e mail and 5% via phone.

    Maintain accurate records of all internal and external interactions in the appropriate database / system.

    Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP).

    In time support Supervisor with hosting customer visits at local facility if needed.

    Prepare and distribute standard and customized internal and customer reports and present them to different stakeholders.

    Understand Customer Order Management policies, procedures and metrics.

    Support Customer Order Management departmental goals and initiatives to become a more proactive customer support organization.

    To be successful in this role you will need the following :

    Interested in problem solving and analytical work to be able to find errors in data and solve it by working together with different departments and stakeholders within the company.

    Good communications skills to answer questions of our key customers regarding the status of their orders.

    Be collaborative with other stakeholders to make sure that we can help our customers in a timely manner.

    Be proactive in your customer support, always put the customer first to ensure that all KPI’s are met.

    Basic knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP).

    Experience working with Excel.

    Very good knowledge of English verbal and written.

    Good communication and presentation skills.

    Experience in logistics / supply chain in a manufacturing industry is preferred.

    We also welcome new grads who want to make there first steps in supply chain or data analytics (preferably with a degree in supply chain or logistics).
