What are you going to do..

You will report to the Team Lead : Sales who is based at our European HQ in Amsterdam, and your duties will include but not be limited to the following :

  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling within the GSA Markets
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Start, develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts
  • Ensure clients receive requested products on time and in full
  • Communicate client needs and demands to Greenlane EU HQ
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Keep records of client transactions and provide frequent overviews and forecasts.
  • Our ideal Key Account Manager has the following knowledge, skills and experience :

  • Knowledge of the cannabis industry and vaping products (advantageous)
