Job Description :

For our organization in transition we need an energetic all-round HR Manager with a natural appetite for the hard side of human resources.

As an HR professional a few years in the profession, you have gained insights in the importance of true partnership, transparent procedures, reliable payroll and a flexible attitude.

The 3 main areas of responsibility will be :

Process owner

  • Data analyses (integrity) and reporting.
  • Owner of Dutch pension and insurance plans; counterpart for our EMEA Compensation & Benefits specialist.
  • Local lead in assigned projects and processes.
  • Change agent for upcoming alignment with business and HR tooling.
  • Lead of NL solutions

  • Team Leader to the local HR Associates (3 employees).
  • Oversees reliable and compliant payroll.
  • Align internal process to the business and EMEA HR.
  • Coach and develop the team.
  • Backup as HR Business partner

  • Employee relations, coach managers in their leadership, offer solutions.
  • Advise in performance management, compensation and organization effectiveness.
  • Partner to the business with workforce planning, recruitment strategy and job development.
  • Manage and support HR programs and processes, monitor deadlines and compliance.
  • Support peer HR Business partners in their area of responsibility.
  • Your skills

  • HRIS specialist (AFAS and Workday).
  • Experienced in payroll and administration.
  • Languages : English, Dutch.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Project management skills.
