For our organization in transition we need an energetic all-round HR Manager with a natural appetite for the hard side of human resources.
As an HR professional a few years in the profession, you have gained insights in the importance of true partnership, transparent procedures, reliable payroll and a flexible attitude.
The 3 main areas of responsibility will be :
Data analyses (integrity) and reporting.
Owner of Dutch pension and insurance plans; counterpart for our EMEA Compensation & Benefits specialist.
Local lead in assigned projects and processes.
Change agent for upcoming alignment with business and HR tooling.
Lead of NL solutions
Team Leader to the local HR Associates (3 employees).
Oversees reliable and compliant payroll.
Align internal process to the business and EMEA HR.
Coach and develop the team.
Backup as HR Business partner
Employee relations, coach managers in their leadership, offer solutions.
Advise in performance management, compensation and organization effectiveness.
Partner to the business with workforce planning, recruitment strategy and job development.
Manage and support HR programs and processes, monitor deadlines and compliance.
Support peer HR Business partners in their area of responsibility.
HRIS specialist (AFAS and Workday).
Experienced in payroll and administration.
Languages : English, Dutch.
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience.
Project management skills.
