Job Description

This leader will be responsible for Content Strategy and Content Creation including promotional strategy (claims and evidence) supporting the Integrated value proposition, including all (master) content creation, content strategy.

S / he will lead Philips towards a new audience or persona (including patient) centric future from awareness and engagement to content in a truly systems stakeholder- centric channel approach.

S / he will drive strategic content needs for HS level marketing and communications for the cluster

In collaboration with portfolio marketing leader(s) and in alignment with cluster strategic plan, develop and shape clinical, economic and HE strategy, claims roadmap to support sustained competitive differentiation and promotional strategy (including body of evidence needs) in support of Integrated value propositions.

Partner with marketing communications to drive a steady stream of primary and derivative asset types that can be leveraged across various channels and use cases.

This leader will be responsible for Content Strategy and Content Creation leveraging claims data supporting the Integrated value propositions.

Manage meeting and resource schedules, workflows and deadlines associated with content marketing activities

Collaborate with other functions to gather the information needed to optimize content asset creation, performance and measurement.

Implement, support and evangelize content marketing practices

Collaborate with marketing program owners, content strategists and / or campaign managers to integrate and repurpose content marketing and campaign content where appropriate.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University level education and 10+ years of relevant experience including clinical science, research or clinical field expertise with regard to clinical studies either pre or post market
  • 10+ year background in working in / with product or solution launches in healthcare
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Insight into channels and content strategy and delivery
  • Forward thinking and ability to anticipate markets needs
  • Conceptual thinker with proven able to synthesize conceptual thinking to operational functions
  • Team builder and able to influence peers and internal stakeholders despite of reporting lines
  • Effective communicator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable and able to thrive with ambiguity while managing critical stakeholders
