As a French HR administrator you take care of our personnel administration for France. Since you are extremely accurate in the way you work, you make sure all the relevant information is entered correctly into our systems.
You also ensure that all our employees will have access to all the documents, information and salary they need, in a timely manner.’
What you will do on a day-to-day basis
As an HR administrator you will be part of our HR Shared Service Centre. Within this department you are part of a large team and you will be working on mutations and internal reports, amongst others.
On a day-to-day basis you will work on the mutations, examples would be : Address changes, changes in job title, changes in salary, declarations etcetera.
Additionally you will create reports and overviews and you will check the accuracy of our data. So you are an analytical powerhouse and Excel holds no secrets for you.
