In this role, you have the opportunity to :
Be responsible for the B2C campaigns for Benelux , inspiring and engaging our consumer audiences through best in class media execution.
Your focus will be on campaign performance management, ensuring a seamless and relevant media experience across all touchpoints and channels.
This position is based in the Netherlands.
You are responsible for :
Co-create the local media ecosystem and ensure targets are validated and in line with Western Europe KPI framework and comms objectives.
Orchestration of cross-functional application and amplification of activation plans with zone cross functional teams (CRM, D2C, TSM, PR & Influencer)
Ensure campaign readiness and drive iteration loops where required.
Day-2-Day campaign management and optimization oversight (including cross channel daily management performance management)
Evaluate and implement Western Europe strategic recommendations in line with test & learn roadmap and MMM outputs.
Acting as the main point of contact for Western Europe Campaign and Media Managers.
Initiating and implementing critical initiatives and test plans that have potential for high-scale impact against key business metrics to drive growth and engagement.
Continually analyzing (in collaboration with Insights & Analytics partners) and reviewing existing execution to drive continuously improvement and media effectiveness.
Implementing and initiating standardized ways of working to drive efficiencies cross function and enable fast go-to-market and optimization of campaign programs.
Onboarding of cross functional teams on Western Europe media strategy and local campaigns in line with this, increasing the overall media knowledge and capabilities across the teams to drive cross functional collaboration.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
University degree (Bachelor / Master’s Degree)
3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Analytics / Media
Understanding of the media marketplace dynamics and strong background in Search, Display, Programmatic and Social advertising.
Action Oriented and data-driven, Strategic Mindset with holistic approach to decision-making, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders.
End-to-end media experience with a strong understanding of Marketing.
Experienced in delivering multiple campaigns across multi-channels
Preferably experience with full Google Stack (DV360, CM360, Google Ads & Google Analytics) & Facebook Business Manager & Ad Manager
